It's not always easy pleasing all your colleagues when you start a new job and it seems Thierrry Henry and Jamie Carragher have already got off on the wrong foot.

Enjoying a night off from his Sky Sports punditry work, Carragher tuned in to coverage of Chelsea's Capital One Cup semi-final second leg against Liverpool and it wasn't long before the former Red took exception to Henry's style.

The former Arsenal star referred to the starting Liverpool captain as 'Stevie G' when in the studio with presenter Simon Thomas and fellow pundit Jamie Redknapp ahead of the game.

And Carragher took to social media to blast the Frenchman for breaking protocol, insisting: "That [nickname] was was only for people at the club."

The 36-year-old was later accused of being 'precious' by Twitter-users, while others told Carragher that Henry simply 'does what he wants', such is his standing.

The former full-back in a later post urged his ex-club on as they bid to book a place in February's Wembley final.
